Zoom & Privacy
We use Zoom to record our weekly sessions and upload into our secure password protected members area. As a service and platform, zoom itself is GDPR compliant. As far as is reasonably practical we will ensure that the privacy of our members is protected by:
- Using Spotlight feature so only host and speakers can be seen on the recording
- Recordings are only available via video streaming and not downloaded
- There is to be no recording of the sessions by members
- Prior consent must be given by us before sharing anything on social media channels
- By joining Seek Parenting you consent to your image being recorded.
Group Chats
Any material which constitues defamation, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited. Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene, racist, or otherwise overly discriminatory is not permitted within our group chats. Use common sense while posting messages, members must take responsibility for their words in our community. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the group access of any member who violates these terms.
Community
The importance of community is central to the experience of Seek Parenting. Maintaining the sense of togetherness and positivity within the community and creating a safe space for our members is of the utmost importance to us. Any individual who is deemed to be going against our community guidlines and causing harm to fellow members will be in breach of policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the access of any member who violates these terms.
Confidentiality
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
We expect our members to comply with our confidentiality terms and NEVER disclose or share any information with others outside of their membership or course. Any breaches of this policy will result in you being asked to leave our membership. Please honour this as a core value and term of your agreement with us.
Payment
Members’ are required to pay for their membership at the time of purchase and then every month there following on the same date each month. We may terminate your membership and remove you from our Seek Parenting platforms if your payment fails and we are unable to contact you to collect this. However, our payment system will make three attempts to collect any failed payments. All products and materials within the membership will always remain the property of the business and are not to be reproduced or distributed.
Seek Parenting is not liable for any late payment fees or reclaimed failed payments by PayPal. For members making their monthly membership payment through PayPal, it is your responsibility to ensure your bank card details are correct and up to date, to do this you can follow the steps on the PayPal site here. Should you cancel your membership with us, it is your responsibility to ensure your recurring payment is cancelled with PayPal directly to save any future payments being taken by PayPal, you can do this with PayPal here.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy
You may cancel your membership as per the terms of when you joined by emailing on info@seekparenting.com and cancelling your PayPal subscription. For Founding members this is at any time for everyone else we have a 3-month minimum period from the date you joined. Once cancelled you will have access to the membership until what would have been the next billing date.
Secure Membership
